Using primary accounts as well as stautary, architecture and coinage, Stephenson credits Constantine's actions to the Roman army's influence and the Roman predilection of crediting the Gods for their victories. Yet another great recommendation! I have a lot of college books to get but this may be the first of your recommended books I get, I love reading of ancient civilizations.
